Everything that leaves the kitchen of our wellness hotel in Windischgarsten is subscribed to leave lasting impressions. Naturally, it always moves with the (seasonal) times. Following the motto #regionalmatters, we implement our unique sourcing concept U100R: At least 80 percent of the ingredients are sourced from local suppliers within a radius of less than 100 kilometers.
