Reservation
Reservations are only valid upon receipt of your written order and a subsequent confirmation from us. Please understand that it is possible to book room categories, but not to reserve specific room and table numbers or floors.
Travel insurance
We automatically take out travel insurance for you when you make your reservation. This is €3.50 per adult per night. Travel insurance applies in the event of illness or death and applies to the insured person and the family members travelling with them. If one of these cases applies and you have to cancel your room reservation, you will only be charged €3.50 per person per night. Children are co-insured with their parents.
Attention: the travel insurance is only valid until the day of arrival! The travel insurance is no longer valid during your stay. In the event of early departure (e.g. due to illness, death, etc.) 80% of the costs will be charged.
Deposit
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of € 400,- per room. For only one overnight stay a deposit of €200,- is required.
Bill
The bill must be paid on departure. You can pay in cash, by EC card or credit card.
The overnight stay tax is currently €3.00 per adult per night. Children up to 14 years are exempt of local tax. (Prices subject to change)
