You will find the daily updated prices with best price guarantee on our website. The prices are flexible depending on the season, length of stay and current occupancy. That means that the earlier you book, the cheaper it is for you!

Single occupancy
Of course, you can also book certain rooms as single rooms on request (limited contingent).

In the event of errors in correspondence (wrong services or incorrect price of offers and fixed confirmations) or technical errors in online flat rates/online prices, the price according to the price list always applies!

Reservation
Reservations are only valid upon receipt of your written order and a subsequent confirmation from us. Please understand that it is possible to book room categories, but not to reserve specific room and table numbers or floors.

Travel insurance
We automatically take out travel insurance for you when you make your reservation. This is €3.50 per adult per night. Travel insurance applies in the event of illness or death and applies to the insured person and the family members travelling with them. If one of these cases applies and you have to cancel your room reservation, you will only be charged €3.50 per person per night. Children are co-insured with their parents.
Attention: the travel insurance is only valid until the day of arrival! The travel insurance is no longer valid during your stay. In the event of early departure (e.g. due to illness, death, etc.) 80% of the costs will be charged.

Deposit
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of € 400,- per room. For only one overnight stay a deposit of €200,- is required.

Bill
The bill must be paid on departure. You can pay in cash, by EC card or credit card.
The overnight stay tax is currently €3.00 per adult per night. Children up to 14 years are exempt of local tax. (Prices subject to change)

Cancellation
Cancellations are only possible in writing and will be charged as follows:
•up to 28 days before arrival 0
•27 to 5 days before arrival 50 %
•from 4 days before arrival 100 %
•100 % in case of no-show or early departure
Please note that in the event of cancellation, an additional processing fee of €50 per room will be charged.

Rebooking
In the event of a rebooking, a processing fee of €50 will be charged.

Deposit
If you have paid a deposit, you can choose from three options:
1.We transfer the deposit back to your account
2.We issue you with a voucher for the amount of the deposit
3. We use the deposit for your next stay

Welcome bonus
With the welcome bonus you can use the wellness area from 9 a.m. on the day of arrival and enjoy the lunch snack from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Cost: €30 per adult, €15 children from 6th birthday

Leaving bonus
With the leaving bonus you can use the wellness area until 5 p.m. on the day of departure and enjoy the lunch snack from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Cost: €35 per adult, €15 children from age 6

Early check-in / Late check-out
Rooms and suites from 11 a.m. or until 5 p.m
Have access to your room from 11 a.m. on the day of arrival or use it until 5 p.m. on the day of departure.
Only possible in combination with the arrival or leaving bonus and subject to availability. Bookings possible at least 24 hours before arrival or departure.
Surcharge per room €70 / Surcharge per suite €90

Dogs are very welcome at our wellness hotel in Upper Austria!

We charge €25 per night for your dog (without food).
We provide a cosy dog blanket, a water bowl and a welcome treat in your room so that your four-legged friend feels right at home on your wellness holiday with your dog. When you check in you will also receive dog information with various walking and hiking trails and contact details for our vets in the region.

We ask you to keep your furry friend on a leash throughout the entire hotel area.
Dogs are allowed in the lobby and in a select dining room. (limited tables) Please note: dogs are not allowed in the restaurant at Christmas/New Year's Eve!

We ask for your understanding that we reserve a final cleaning fee of €80.

You are welcome to invite friends during your holiday at the Dilly Resort upon arrangement.

Our family business, in existence since 1906, has not had a single day off to date! Necessary maintenance measures are therefore carried out during ongoing operations. We ask for your understanding should such work be required during your stay. Any inconvenience to our guests will of course be kept to a minimum!
