When is check-in possible?
Your booked room can be occupied from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can use our wellness & spa facility as well as the entire children's area and the lunch brunch including non-alcoholic juices in advance for an extra charge. The "arrival treat" (arrival from 9:00 am) is € 30, - extra charge per adult, for children from 6 years old - € 15, -,free for children up to 5 years.
Until when is the check-out possible?
We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to enjoy your day of departure with our "Departure Zuckerl" until 5:00 pm. This also includes the lunch, as well as the entire use of the wellness & spa facility and the entire children's area. The extra charge is € 35 per person, for children from 6 years old - € 15, -,free for children up to 5 years.
Early check-in / late check-out rooms / suites:
Depending on availability, you can also extend your booked room from 9:00 a.m. on the day of arrival or until 5:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Only possible in combination with the arrival or departure “Zuckerl”. The booking is possible maximum of 24 hours before arrival or departure.
Extra charge per room from € 70, - or suite from € 90, -
Arrival after 6 pm: Please inform our reception if you will arrive after 6 pm.

Is the lunch brunch included on arrival and departure days?

Our Burgtherme is for our guests from 16 years of age (adults only) and our vitality oasis is the family area. The pool facilities, both indoor and outdoor, outside the Burgtherme and our natural swimming pond are accessible to all of our guests.

Dogs are very welcome in our national park resort! The Wurzeralm ski area in Spital am Pyhrn is only 9km away from the Dilly National Park Resort. The World Cup ski area Höss in Hinterstoder 19km.
Our free ski shuttle takes you to and from the ski areas every day.
Ski tickets can be easily ordered online or bought directly in the ski areas.

Our children's club with the 3-storey soft play area is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and care takes place as usual. Our fitness studio is open for you as usual. Massage and cosmetic treatments are permitted.
What are the cancellation conditions in the event of a Covid-19 disease?
With your booking we grant you a free postponement or cancellation up to 2 days before arrival if one of these reasons is applied:
1. You have Covid-19 (sample of a positive test result)
2. A state quarantine regulation for return travelers from the federal state of Upper Austria is imposed
The deposit you have already paid will be converted into a voucher that you can use at any time during your next stay with us. (no expiry date)
Otherwise the Austrian hotel and contract conditions are applied!

- The wearing of an FFP2 mask by our employees and guests in public areas (reception, restaurant, buffet area, etc.)
- Wash and disinfect hands several times a day
- Pay contactless if possible. Pay the bill preferably with a card
- All surfaces and points of contact are disinfected and cleaned several times a day. 150° steam cleaners, ozone cleaners and, of course, disinfectants are used in all areas
- Our strength: a lot of space in all outdoor and indoor areas. Our 5,000 m² wellness area with 15 different saunas and relaxation cabins are always available.
- The buffet area is available with the usual high quality products and is served by trained staff wearing gloves and face masks, as many dishes as possible are served at the table
- Table placement in the restaurant: Due to the spaciousness of our restaurant, we are able to reserve a fixed table for each family for breakfast and dinner for the whole stay
- The swimming pools, whirlpools and swimming pond at Dilly Resort will be open regularly. The chlorine kills coronaviruses. Coronaviruses cannot spread via the bath water either
