IF THE FOOD IS GOOD, EVERYTHING’S GOOD
The gourmet set meal begins with bread and butter on the table, a crispy salad buffet with various dressings and a starter. You can then choose between a creamy soup or a clear soup. The choice is even more difficult for the main course: regional, fish, veggie or an Austrian delicacy? If you can’t decide, you’ll always get it right with our classics such as Wiener schnitzel, turkey steak, fillet of beef, natural veal escalope or spaghetti. Next, our patisserie offers indulgent temptations to sweeten up your evening. Our weekly dessert buffet is also not for the faint-hearted. Since cheese rounds off a meal, a cheese buffet with nuts, fruit and chutney options awaits after dessert.
Balmy summer evenings are perfect for enjoying an evening meal on the terrace. Our younger guests will look forward to their very own kids’ buffet. As a meal tastes better when shared with other kids, the evening meal is served in the kids’ club from 6 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

At the Dilly, wine is a matter for the boss. As a qualified sommelier, manager Horst Dilly has created a collection of national and international treasures for the wine lovers at the hotel. Glass by glass, he guides you through the evening, making each course just a little bit more perfect. Also take the opportunity to taste the best wines in the vaulted cellar, which is more than 400 years old.
