It matters to us whether it’s regional. U100R means: At least 80% of foods are bought from regional suppliers within a radius of less than 100 km. Organic beef comes from the Sonnberg Farm, our eggs come from the Reifinger Farm, milk products from the Schärdinger Dairy and the Hinterburigl Farm, and freshwater fish comes from local waters.
